After qualifying as a chartered accountant with Deloitte & Touche in 2002, Mike started his corporate finance career in 2003 with KPMG. Mike joined Tait Walker's Tees Valley office in July 2005, following a brief spell with Baker Tilly in Newcastle. Mike has experience of working on deals valued up to £50m, in a variety of roles including disposals, flotations, finance raising and due diligence.
