So, what does Liquidation mean to you?

For a Company in difficulty, there are 2 types of Liquidation - Creditors Voluntary liquidation and compulsory.

Creditors Voluntary Liquidation ("CVL") is a process managed by an Insolvency Practitioner, whereas Compulsory Liquidation is a court process, where the Government Office of the Official Receiver would deal with the Liquidation.
