Wealth Support Administrator

Would you like to work for one of the region’s leading Wealth Management firms? We are a team of 30 and looking for a Wealth Support Administrator to join our growing Wealth Management team based at our Gosforth Office.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • New business submission and chasing for all new client applications until project is complete, whilst keeping the Financial Planner and client informed
  • Sending off and chasing up on information with regards to Letters of Authority and adding to back office system
  • Assisting and actioning post, organising diaries and booking client and internal meetings
  • Inputting application details into Intelligent Office
  • Raising fee invoices
  • Assist with good client outcomes and with particular reference to the 5 FCA conduct rules
  • Maintaining our bank office system
  • To assist the support team and compliance department
  • Preparing and sending client letters and emails
  • Answering and making telephone calls to clients and providers
  • Any other duties that may be reasonably required
  • Discuss any cases that are not clear with your line manager or compliance manager

Skills and experience:

  • Experience of Intelligent office or other back office systems
  • Strong IT skills in core Microsoft Office systems
  • Experience with a range of Platforms/Providers
  • Client focus and commercial awareness
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative
