Administration Assistant

We’re looking for an Administration Assistant to join our Admin Support Team on a 12 month fixed term contract based at our Newcastle Office.

Duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Preparation of covering letters and responsibility for ensuring accounts are sent out to clients and Companies House
  • Production of letters as and when required
  • Responsibility for archiving file system
  • Collection and distribution of internal mail
  • Providing cover for Reception duties when required
  • Providing assistance with any other admin tasks as required
Essential Criteria:
  • Good organisation skills
  • Ability to prioritise own workload to ensure that all deadlines are met
  • Ability to communicate well with all levels of staff across the group companies
  • IT literate – Excel,Word and document management
  • Ability to think “outside of the box”
  • Proactive attitude – constantly looking for efficiencies and ways to implement
  • Previous experience within a busy administration team
