Our Data Insight team provide a bridge for SME clients to access the benefits of advanced Data Analytics. We work with clients to quickly deploy solutions that help support decision making, manage risk and maximise opportunity.

We have developed several data solutions that can be adapted to fit most client needs, clients tend to buy these as one-off pieces of work with the option to refresh when required or subscribe to a regular service, depending on the product and their needs.

When the scenario needs a more complex solution, we have developed a methodology and framework for supporting clients. This starts with a carefully designed Data Health Check process to gauge what is possible from the data you have, where you can obtain new data from and creates a business case for your investment into data supported decision making.

We also apply this methodology to our work with Venture Capital and Private Equity, providing a unique view on Financial Due Diligence – focusing on the key metrics that drive the business, blending historic performance with forecast assumptions and running detailed sensitivity analysis.
